Honey Chai Dark Chocolate & Orange is a robust blend of tea leaves with natural honey, spices, and chocolate-orange.
Indians practically didn't know tea until the British began cultivating it industrially on their lands. Of course, the English customarily added milk to the brew. And it shouldn't surprise you that the Indians added a handful of spicy spices to it. Thus, the most popular way of preparing tea in India was born - Masala Chai. Today, practically every street stall in India mixes black tea with ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and then boils it in water with milk. Such a brew is mandatory served with sugar.
Our blend is a step forward in the art of Indian tea because we replaced sugar with natural honey, which is the main ingredient of the composition, constituting over 30% here! The tea is quite sticky and may seem difficult to handle, but you will have no trouble preparing it. Take two teaspoons of the mixture for each cup of brew and pour boiling water with milk over it, then brew for 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can leave the tea leaves in the pot to continue steeping.
