Mild coffee with round shaped beans resembling precious pearls. Grown in the foothills of Himalayas in a small town od Tansen run by a family comapny Bista. The coffee garden does not have any organic certification, though there are no fertilisers or pests being used. The farming is fully bio dynamic with wildly growing trees among other plants of this area. When you look arround the hills you will notice lots of tea gardens and cardamom plantations. All of them surrounded by picturesque Guranse rhododendrone flowers. These aromas are influencing the profile of the coffee. Small coffee beans require delicate roasting which results in more creamy cup. In the flavour you can easily find aromas of cardamom, nutmeg and flowers.
Grain processing: wet. Nepal Arabica Pearl Bean has a delicate and creamy body with a dinstinctive spicy and flowery notes.
